For young people who love their music but may not aspire to the formalities of a GCSE or A Level music, MLUK Awards are a perfect alternative to maintaining and increasing their love of music into a lifelong passion and potentially a career; instilling transferable skills they’ll use throughout their life.

The skills and behaviours acquired from the Music Leader Level 1 award are transferable across the requirements of the national curriculum and into everyday life, namely those of improved confidence, self-esteem, teamwork, presentation skills and self- efficacy.
